On equality:

• provide an evolving set of links useful for people working to improve the status of women 
• explore perspectives on gender, diversity, mainstreaming and equality
• demonstrate the relevance and transferability of work with, by and about women and make visible a store of good practice
• learn from the organising, service provision,  methodologies and democratic interventions of women.

On ICTs:

• locate, understand, and support ICT usage and potential within specific  social, policy and organisational contexts
• seek ways to motivate and inspire organisations and individuals towards purposeful, creative usage
• match, develop and integrate ICT tools and potential to the needs of individuals, communities or organisations
